I made an online transaction on 19.8.10 with make my trip. the transaction failed due to error in the site bhut a sum of 5661 was debited from my account. on contacting the bank they said that money has been paid to tech process which is athe payement gateway of make my trip. on contacting make my trip, they are telling all bull shit stories and lies and they are repeatedly promising that i ll recieve the payment but i have not received the payment in their mentioned time frame. i have the conversation on mail with make my trip, bank statement in pdf format and hdfc bank's reply.i am not able to attach this, i will provide you on e mail if you require. pls get into the matter and solve my problem. the contact details of the concerned person whome i am contacting for make my trip is
