I have been with Manashosting for more over 2 years. I have read few of the complaints in this site. I did not want to reply or comment to any of the other feed backs for this company and am sure I will get harassed for posting a review about manashosting. Because which ever site i have visited if there is a good review for manashosting it is said that its posted by one of its staff. Can i in that case take it for granted if the negative feed backs are there its from the competitor?
Well all i can say is if the negative feed backs are really posted by the customers then they must ask few questions to themselves.
What is the requirement? If your requirement is Linux why choose windows.
If your requirement is unlimited bandwidth then why choose 25 MB plan.
If your requirement is 5 domain why choose 1 domain.
Now coming to the payment aspect. Payment is also controlled by the banks it does not mean that once a payment is made it ends up directly into ur pocket. If there is a flaw with the banking sector y hold company responsible?
Now coming to activation. If you have not provided all the information asked the activation does not happen. Check the mail or the scanned copy of the attachment and verify if all the necessary documents are present to activate.
Now coming to the customer support. Most of the times most of the Indian companies first try to take to blame on themselves before verifying once they get to know that a customer is in wrong only then they inform the customer about the same. All i need to say is first check if you as a customer abide by the rules and terms of the company. Now if you have and then still face a problem then yes what ur saying is true, But most of the stuffs that i have read here does not show that for any one who is intelligent to find.
All i can say is if ur looking for a better service then reach the best.
