Had taken a Unlimited Package from ManasHosting on receiving a call stating that one time promo offer wherein UNLIMITED Hosting will be provided on Windows Servers for Unlimited Domains.
Customer Support is Useless passing the buck from one department to another even while we did most of the work for setting up on our own.
When we raised a ticket and got a call back the representative was VERY RUDE and not even willing to understand the problem.
Every now and then the mail server is down and no proper response is there.
My company has about 8 Domains and had taken Package from Hostindia.NET and earlier resellerclub both of them provided excellent service though a bit costly.
If a big player like Manashosting to act in such a way to save cost then we surely can see where the company is headed to and I will NEVER RECOMMEND anybody to take a package from Manashosting.
