I would like to inform you that i have complain you so many times regards internet service but no any action has been taken sofar.
I would like to remind you that my internet is not working for long day. I complain to your customer care 121 .He/She told me nowadays server is undergo in maintenance so internet servises is suffering by customer but he/she does't provide any solution & complain is also not logged. So i feel to write to you for proper action. Once long ago i received your call but not rectifided complain sofar.
Please let me know your response & need proper solution as soon as possible.
