I m now very frustrate with the MTS and with its services. I bought MTS two months back with the offer of upto 3, 1 mps and a reebok shoe. i found this offer very exciting and attractive so i bought the connection with the promise from the company that i will get my shoe within 10 working days after i reedem it in the MTS site.i did the same and was waiting for the shoe but after 10 days i didnt got any response from the company So i decided to make a call to the customer service but wat answere i got was that it is pending from backend team we have received your request and you will get a calll from them within 1 week with a complain number DEC6672 .But again it was very disappointing so again i called them to know the status of the compalint the executive was not at all polite and showed any intrest in understanding my problem he said that you will get a call withing 24 hours but i still aiting for that 24 hours and now its been a week again. company just fooling the customer with fake offer. Also the speed wat they are claiming are no where true.
i just want this to be solved i been through lot of problem on this.
