Airtel 01 IPTV DSL
No one came to install the connection

I am Navin Jain, living at House No. 56, Sector 12A, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075. I applied for Airtel IPTV on 12th December, and paid 1750 INR. as installation fees.(Form No : 2953189)

Its been 10 days and no one came to install the connection, we tried calling on various different airtel customer care numbers and the dealer number multiple times everyday, but always the response was very cold.

Calling an airtel customer care number leads to the same routine every time, they don't even connect us to their seniors.
