Line not repaired

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have took broadband line from Meghbela Broadband (Useer ID: dc_Melody). Last few months they not provided the correct speed. And now they not provided the proper line still last Friday my line has no conectivity. I have registraed complain them but they not borther to rectifi my problem.

Please guide me as early as possible.
