I had purchased a Mitashi 5.1 Channel Speaker System HT 50FU from www.letsbuy.com my online order no. LBS 816354. Full payment was done on 2nd March by cash at the time of delivery. However, the product is not functioning properly as speaker connections are not detected & front LED indicator cover is damaged. Since product does not functioning properly I am unable to use it at all, I have informed the same to customer care at [email protected]. After 2 days of this mail, the customer care executive replied me that we would request you to kindly provide us the image of broken product, so that the Quality Department can look into the issue. I have replied again saying that the how I can take an image of internal technical fault as speaker connection not working.
Again the customer care executive Ms. Shalini replied saying that in order to proceed further, we necessitate you to kindly, visit a nearby manufacturer outlet with the faulty product. The engineer at the outlet will resolve the issue instantly or issue a job-sheet/DOA letter. In case you are given a Job-sheet/DOA letter, kindly send a scan copy of the same to [email protected] so that our Quality Department can look into the issue.
I wish to inform you that I’m enabling to find the company outlet nearby. I request you to take quick action against the same. Would appreciate if you can return my money or send me a replacement at the earliest.
