i m Devashish from India i had big issu with a web hosting provider... Big rock i buy a domain and web hosting from them on 15 November in the starting they told me that if i will face any kind of issu in future they will help me... but i really don't know what these up to... on 29-02 my web site was facing issu when i talk to there support team.. they just said site is working fine and you have issu on your own side... when we check... the issu was on the web hosting server... some one hacked it and did some changes.. we worked out and fix it... but on 2-02 morning they just suspend or domain name and web hosting without any information... they just said we ware suspending your account... spreading virus on net... when i talk to there support team again they said it from other team... we need to talk to them. When i said to them they i never receive any mail from there side about to fix this issu they said... they don't know and they just... suspend the web site with the hosting... after that they send a mail that they give me 24 hrs to fix it
And for that we deleted all our important database... of 3 months... but still we are facing same issu or domain name is still suspend and they are not replying any mail
So i wish... if you people can do any kind of hell regarding will be really great..
Will wait for positive response from your side... and hope you will take action against them
