NOT RESPONDING OUR COMPLAINT

Dear Sir,

We have a Broadband connection from BSNL no.0120-2561020. for the last 4-5 days the line not working since then we have lodged a complaint their office at G. Noida office: Laser Stromia Shopping complex, G. Noida. But unfortunately nobody responding our complaint. We also complaint to the A.O. Mr. J.N. Panday his mob No.9412739013 regarding this matter. He also not taking action.

Please do the needful in this regard and oblige.
