Dear Sir, My name is Ashok Kumar Sansanwal and my phone no. is 26524725 and i have a mtnl internet connection on this number. Sir i would like to tell you that from 22th April i am not getting internet service from the mtnl. I logged the complaints so many times and talked to their customer care also about this problem but every time they ask me to change my ip address and cut the phone line. But still after changing my ip address im not getting internet service. I am facing so much difficulties as i have lots of work to do on internet but its all pending till now. Sir i request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible so that i will able to finish my all pending works. Thanks
