Hi, my name is biswajit. I am using mtnl broadband for more than 1 year. For the past 2 months im not able to use my mtnl broadband services as it is disconnecting frequently. I have complained about it several times to the customer care. They have sent their lineman twice in this 2 months. still no solution. The problem is the internet get disconnected very frequently in every 5 or 10 mins for which im not able to do my task and assignments for my MBA exams. Its really a pathetic situation for me. As complaining about these things is not working. MTNL is not bothered about their customers as well as their official. The line man that came to check the internet found that internet connectivity is their wheather it is disconnecting or not and according to him their is not internet problem at all as it is very common problem of disconnection. I have the numbers of Nodal Officer (AP Singh) 23322622, Appellate Officer (23328823) RA Gupta and Broadband manager (Mohd Nisar Ahmad) 26229966 and Kalkaji region official (Balram) 26027884 but none of them able to coordinate with this issue. The number of AP singh and RA Gupta rings buts no one pick up the phone. I have tried several times. For the past 2 months I have paid the bill out of no objective. Kindly help me out with dis.
