My broadband is not working since the last one month. Spoke to Mr. Upadhyay but the response is that 'we are not charging you for the modem and we do not have a spare now. If you are in a hurry, go to Navrang and buy a new one at your own cost!! ' What Mr. Upadhyay seems ignorant about is that we are still paying internet usage monthly charges.
Everytime I complain, I recieve a message on my phone that the complaint has been attended to. I wonder what do they mean. Nothing has changed.
The service is lousy and so is their officers attitude!!
