I am user of MTNL brodband internet from dt 03.11.2010 .My telephone no is 022-27232318 and C / A no is 2070235843. Now my internet is disconnected or not working from last 15 days, Me & my wife is trying to complaint from disconnection date. We are now fade up this. I also contact your officer/technician named Mr. N Babu (Cell no 9869483245), Mr Salwe (Cell No 9869845299), Mr Kale (Cell No 9273838350) repetitively, I also contact on no 1504, & also registered complaint on 198 but there is no use. Now you please tell me what can I do?
One more thing in billing of next month, take care to dont charge the rental of diconnected day.(Why I pay rental for diconected net service)
I am very frustrated & lastly I will take Help of CONSUMER COURT.
