Hello Sir,
I am writing this mail in complete anguish and disgust. There is no care for the customer at MTNL.
There has been no reply to my queries from MTNL sent to you below and on top of that i saw today online that my bill has come close to 2500 Rupees.
I changed the plan to Unlimited from 31st of Oct and the work order was also released to that effect and i personally went to the Rajouri Garden office for that and they said that my plan is changed to the unlimited plan with 512 KBPS speed with 999 Rupees rental and now i see bill of 2500 rupees.
Pls reply immediately or pls disconnect my services with immediate effect as i wont be able to pay such exhorbitant amount everytime.
