Cheated by Reliance Area Sales Manage

I have Cheated by Reliance Area Sales Manager.

The Reliance executive named Dilip who works under a Reliance Area Sales Manager named Badri Nath Jha. He (Dilip) has collected 3000 (Modem cost) 250 (Security) and required documents from me but has not delivered the modem to me and I have tried to contact these guys many times but they are not picking my call. Around more than 4 months has been passed to this issue. On this stage, I want refund.
