As per advise of MTNL Customer Care staff, the below mail was sent twice to address [[email protected]] on the 05th Feb and 19th Feb with nil reply received. And same mail was sent to address: [email protected] about 05days back with no reply.

This is to inform you that, I have a broadband connection with a plan of Rs.199/- with 600Mb free. The problem is that my 30th jan Mb usage is inordinately showing high at 380.96Mb whereas, as per my calculation, it should not be more than 100mb at the maximum, since I had downloaded only one file of about 15 Mb and later done surfing of a few sites [ about 8-10 sites].
I request you to please cross-check & provide me with the details on the same, as I feel that there has been some mistake / discrepancy at your end.
For your information, I had checked with your B/B help-desk no.1504. with two docket numbers booked on the 31 jan & 03 feb and was informed that some technical person would call us in 24hrs time for giving us clarification on the matter but the dockets were cleared regretfully without anybody calling us.
Would appreciate to receive an early reply with proper clarification from your end.
