Dear Sir/Mam,
My consumer number is 2033230262.I would like to bring my recent experience in your consideration which is very bad. From 1st April till 14th April continuously my internet isn’t working. I have made a complaint three times through customer care number (1504). But your officer always assured me only. Also two times I have visited to the nearest telephone exchange & met with the concerned person (Mr. Deepak Kumar) to make him very much aware of my problem. Already its half month crossed and still I am waiting for my services. Due to this negligence I have suffered loss because I want to do some important pending works. So, I want to tell you that I won’t be submitting any internet charges for the April month.
