Less speed than subscibe

Dear Sir / Madam,

We have MTNL broadband in which we have plan that MTNL will give 2MBPS, my telephone number on which broadband is 22011933. But since last so many days my speed is only 500 to 600 kbps. Please take action as they are missguiding customers & taking money more than promise services. Waiting for your action. Thank you.
