Email Service not working through GPRS

Dear Sir,

I just got my new nokia E71.I wanted to recieve emails while i am roaming.

I am not able to connect using Vodafone Live!! GPRS service.

I am really in a mess now. I invested 15 thousand on a mobile to check my emails and now they say you can only browse internet through Vodafone Live!!

Please help as this Vodafone is keeping there customer in doubt and not telling the truth.
