Dear Sir/Madam
This complaint is regarding the excess bill of 15000/-
that has been charged for internet usage. I have a 2.5 GB for 500/-
plan for a month. Even if i had over used which did not happen, I should
have got a phone call intimating that my usage limit has been crossed btu nothing.
Only one person was using the internet and there was hardly any download.
I have lodged a complaint multiple times but to no avail. They keep me going
in circles everytime I go to the office. I am extremely harassed by the MTNL services
even though ive been an Mtnl consumer for 11 years. There is no response from their side
and ive reached a dead end. Please tell me if there is a way to deal with this problem
