FILE A COMPLAINT

Excess bill

From the month of December i have changed my plan to TriB_Combo_250_V2. Customer care person told me that its rent will be of Rs 250 tax and i will get 1 GB free upload & download.

But, bill of December what i got is of Rs 2388.00.

Can someone help me out with this,
