I hereby wish to lodge a complaint against MTNL Mumbai for treating their customers in the most disgusting manner. I booked Triband ADSL connection on thier infamous 1500 helpline. They activated a wrong plan and when I called them to log my complaint, I was given a total run around. They asked me to write an application to correct the error they have committed and visit the exchange personally. Each time I called them I was rudely asked to talk to a different department as my complaint did not fall under their perview. Till date I am helplessly waiting for someone to call & resolve my issue. If that was not over, to my shock I noticed the speed that was promised of 2 Mbps proved to be false. It keeps oscillating between 350 kbps to 1.34 Mbps. Please assist and intervene.
