Dear sir i have been complaining on 02226522198 about my internet problem of my landline connection no 02226504507 on the various occassions . i have been enquired by mtnl staff on land line no.my internet connection is working or not as and when they get reply no they put down the phone. but they are not sending any one to attend the complaint persionally. last month july my net service was totally faulty which can be be verified from your data so please grant me rebate for this in the next month bill. my net always get disconnected frequently and get it started automatically i cant understand how this happens so please look into the matter seriously
