Since last 15 days I am getting only 180kbps download speed.
As per DSL NU 849 I should get min 256kbps and max 2Mbps speed.
So on average I should get 1.5Mpbs download speed.
I have modem provided by MTNL only.
I have complained on MTNL number 198 with docket#262 before 2 days.
Even before that I had complained over triband helpline 1504 as well.
But nobody has replied back or resolved my problem yet.
There customer service says MTNL is having 4 days holiday, thats why there is nobody available to support. My question is will MTNL reduce the charges for the period for which I am getting low speed?
and why there website mentions 24/7 support then?
