My Phone became dead on 24th of June. I filed a complaint with my area head office (Jamia Nagar for Abul Fazl Enc. 1) on 26th June and was provided with complaint no. 179. My phone no. is 26955290.
As my net is also through phone connection, i have been unable to log in to internet.
I have repeatedly complaint to the area manager, but each time i meet with different excuse. So far (9th of July) no action have been take. Will some one please help me?
