I received a SMS on my phone stating that I have won a huge amount of prize money through Nestle Milo mobile contest and that a representative, one Mr. Ben would be coming in person to deliver the money to me in person. Also, I kept on getting regular emails in this regard. They also tole me that they have reached Delhi and asked me to remit an amount of Rs. 13, 000 towards custom clearance for the prize money which I unknowingly did. They sent me a fake RBI receipt as well. Later I realized it was all a fraudulent game and I became part of it. I lost my money also. Is there a way I can complain against them and get my money back? It would be great if you could help me.
