Dear Sir,

My telephone no 25013103 is dead from March and broadband Internet as well as phone is not working

regarding this i have registered complain online many time, But no action has been taken yet.

I received Bill every month and I pay the bill every month.

Due to unavailable of broadband having too many loses please do some action ASAP.
