Frequest Disconnection of sify broadband

I have installed boradband connection last month by paying Installation Charges: Rs. 1000 and 3 months prepaid plan (384/512kbps). Mr. Dadasaheb (Mobile:9881811885) has given me the connection and he promised for the continued service but invain. I am frequently facing the disconnection of broadband i.e. on average twice weekly. Everytime I hang up calling customer care for 15mins or more. I believed Sify services and took the boradband connection. I am frustrated with this problem and unstaisfied with your service.
