Amount deducted but recharge is not made

Dear Sir,

I have recharged my MTNL No. 9968557130 with Rs.200 on 31/12 through www.rechargeitnow.com.

The amount has been deducted from my SBI Maestro debit card but no recharge has been done till now on my number.

Please help me in this regard at the earliest.
