MTS give fake offers to sell internet connections

Hi,

I am Akash Sharma and i have purchased one MTS connection in the month of January. MTS charged me 1777/- for Device as well as one month free internet usage and they had one offer of free Reebok shoes. which was supposed to be delivered in 45 days. its been more than 4 months and i have called more than 5 times to their customer care and still no response from them. they are still keep on lying that they will send this free shoe to my home but still no success. I seriously want that some sort of serious action should be there on MTS india services so that they should stop lying to customer for selling products. I am seriously going to stop using this service and will also tell people to not buy MTS ever again...
