DEVICE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I have purchased a MTS MBLAZE device. When I purchase this device i was told that if u recharge this connection with Rs 999/- then you will get 3.1 Mbps speed and unlimited downloading with this. But after 10 days the device is not working properly and the speed is also not good. When I told my problem to the customer care of MTS, he told me that in their Rs 999/- plan there are some conditions. These are

1. This plan is not unlimited. I only can enjoy 30 GB of downloading of data in a month.

2. Another condition is upto 15 GB only I can enjoy the speed of 3.1 Mbps, after 15 GB the speed is reduced to 144 Kbps.

There is one more problem with me is that the device is not working properly. I had also complaint about this problem to the customer care to MTS then he told me that with in 12 working hour the problem will get solved. I told him about this problem on 23rd july but till now 31st july my problem same.

I want to say that when I was purchasing this device no one has told me about these conditions. If I knew these conditions I will never take this device.

So I want to complain to the cosumer court that please help me and solve my problem as soon as possible..
