I had sent this mail to Customer Care too... on 10th Nov... But still. MTS customer care rocks in badest service experience..."No FEEBACK"...

Hi,

I had bought MTS Data Card somewhere around end of August from one of the MTS Executives who were promoting MTS in Patni Computer Systems-Airoli.

My MDN number of data card is mentioned below:

MDN Number: 9146800643

After using it for 1 month, I faced some issue with data card because the MTS device was faulty. I had complained about this with MTS customer care.

MTS technical engineers visited checked the same at my residence and reported that the device was faulty.

I had submitted the device with the MTS executives (Amit and Naushad) who visit Patni Computer Systems-Airoli campus on weekly basis on 25th September. On submission I was told that the process might take around 4-5 days.

Since, then I have no communication from anyone regarding this. Whenever I had questioned them about this, they have same answer that it will take 2-3 days more.

It’s been around 1 month now to that 2-3 days.

I really don’t understand the meaning of replacement here. Even after finding the device faulty, they don’t have any device for replacement, but they do have new MTS devices to sell.

I not sure how do you assure customers about the service, even if it is never satisfactory.

I had referred two more MTS employees to go with MTS Data card, even they faced service issues with customer care while activation of the data card.

I don’t wish to continue MTS Data card service if there isn’t any change in the kind of service.
