Hi,

I have purchased the data Card on 23/09,

Till now no acknowledgement Slip,

Customer Benefits not yet received,

Customer Care is of No use, No proper guidelines is given in the above matters,

My application Form itself was Replaced and Address is Incorrect

Application Form itself is replaced from the dealer itself appointed from the MTS, Mr Mr Gajendra, Basaveshwara Nagar, Bangalore

I was in roaming, so was not reachable to reach office of yours, Can i know what should i do now.

Is there any sort of customer retensionship in your organization.

For your infomation i am not able to get any usage, nor any bill due i need to continue with your service if so why???

my package of 3 months will be ended on this month of Dec 23rd 2011.

Will be looking forward for your reply at the earliest. or will take my call for other service provider from the market.
