Ear Users of Act Broadband,
People who are planning to avail broadband services from ACT Broadband Bangalore East area, request you to please stay away from them.
They are worst broadband service providers available right now. They wont address your issue neither they intend to resolve the issue. They Just make a note of your complaint when you call their helpline number "08042840000".
They had taken an advance of Rs 1162 during the connection time, but from the next day onwards the broadband has stopped working. I kept raising calling their helpline number more than 50 times for refund of my money.
Till date they have failed to make a refund of my money.
In case the ACT Broadband management is watching my complaint number is " 0000197696".
Request to ACT management kindly shutdown your shops if you are unable to give prompt service to your costumers.
Kindly stop torturing your costumers.
