I had recharged my MTS Mblaze prepaid device with 3 GB by paying 799 Rs. Balance in my account showed that I have consumed all the 3 Gb that I had recharged. Contacted the Customer Care and they are the most useless people who does not have any information on the connection log and forward the call to a backend team who responds that I have set Automatic Upates in my machine. I have not even connected the Mbalze device in my laptop on the day when all my balance got depleted. I contacted the Nodal Officer in chennai, who took my complaint and did not respond to me at all. I had the most worst experience with MTS. So I had to sell this device to someone in a low cost and tell him that there is some issue.
