Very low speed

They have promised upto 3.mbp. I brought the device for 2000 and recharged for 999 un limited.

The maximum speed i got till now is 150 kbps. And customer care is also very worse. Please don't buy this product. If some one can take action it will be of great help.9150978254 this is my mts number.
