MTS Blaze
UNAUTHORISED DEACTIVATION

Hi,

I purchased MTS M-Blaze connection because I got it at a discounted price when I purchased my laptop from Chroma. But after 5 days they disconnected it without informing me, when I checked on this, I came to know that chroma has not submitted the docs. Even after this the connections were not restored, though I contacted MTS customer care around 10 times, everytime they were giving assurance like in two days it will be restored. They even send an email with this information. But nothing happened, I just lost my money :(
