Subject: Callous attitude and Incorrect charges.

Hi,

This is in regards to my MTS wireless dongle No 9146-340-361. I have been having issues about the same from the time I purchased the modem. The issue is not only the charges getting deducted unneccessarly, but about the entire Customer and Technical system as they are irresponsible & not committed for the Company & its good will. The details are as follows:

I purchased a wireless modem on 8th MAY since the time I purchased I’m facing the problem of the recharge getting exhausted within 7 to 10 days no matter how much I recharge with less usage. I was shocked when I realized that my balance gets deducted even if I visit the free sites i.e., (MTS India).

I informed the dealer Mr. Pirumal Mali who initially was not ready to accept the fault & told that there must be some problem with my computer. I got my PC checked & it was working fine, then I insisted Mr. Mali to try on his own computer where the fault was detected.

I got a call from Mr. Pirumal Mali to return the modem so that he can sent it to technical support for observation. They assured that they will investigate the issue and will get back to me ASAP. Meanwhile, I was co-ordinating with the customer service team. After a week’s time Mr. Mali returned me the modem with the assurance that the issue has been resolved. And the strange thing is that when I tried using the modem, the scenario was the same.

To my surprise I expected the dealer to resolve my issue & to support me as the amount was deducted in front of him in his shop on the free MTS India site. I received calls from the technical team stating that they were trying their level best. I tried calling the call centre but in vain they just filled a complaint and things remained the same. It’s past 7 months, & I’m trying since then but can’t trust your Company coz of the bad experience thru your CUSTOMER CARE TEAM, DEALERS & TECH SUPPORT.

27th NOV: Service Mela held at Goregaon (w). - I met Ms. Kanchan Manjrekar & told her about the issue, she checked the modem on her own laptop & detected the fault. She gave me the assurance that this matter will be resolved in 4 days. On the 4th day I got a call from Mr. Pirumal Mali stating that Ms. Kanchan had asked to give the modem to send it to the technical team again & I did as he said. Unfortunately THE SAME PROCESS FOLLOWS…AGAIN.

Ms. Kanchan & Mr. Mali says “You will have to wait till the month end for the issue to be resolved”. It is been 7 months since I’ve been facing this issue which is not resolved yet and nobody is fulfilling their commitment. HOW CAN I TRUST THEM & THE COMPANY???

IF THIS ISSUE IS NOT BEEN RESOLVED TILL TUESDAY ie 21st Dec. I WILL BE FORCED TO TAKE THIS ISSUE to our local politician Mr. Mohammed Siddique Ansari of NCP, who has given me the assurance that if this matter is not resolved immediately till the date mentioned above, We will go legally & lodge a Police complaint against MTS for selling faulty devices to the customer & take this matter to CONSUMER FORUM & MEDIA.

How could you guys assure me that they are in a process of investigation and will make sure that my issue will be resolved. Its either those people were lying and I assume that they are not bothered about the problem I faced in the past & present. They didn’t bother to follow-up and not even respond to my problem. ARE YOU ALL PLAYING A BLAME GAME.Mr pirumal says I need to talk to Kanchan mam & she says “we are trying”.

SINCE WHEN??? 7 MONTHS! STRANGE!!!

It’s a pure case of Dishonesty and FRAUD. I guess you guys are playing around with me till the warranty period gets over.

I shouldn’t have faced this problem, But since I have suffered in loss of my business coz of this modem, I need a compensation or replacement with a new connection if you cannot resolve this issue. I am within the time limit of Warranty. They actually did FRAUD, and broke my trust for the Company.

I PROMISE NOT TO RECOMMEND MTS SERVICE TO ANY ONE .

Kindly look into the matter and give me a new wireless connection OR RESOLVE THE ISSUE. Also, would need an Apology letter from your end for all the mess created by your teams. I can be reached at 91-9146-194708 / 9146-305-899. Trust me; I would never ever suggest anyone to go for MTS Service.

A pathetic cust care, Dealers & Tech team, overall a FRAUD! Also MTS thinks that customers are a just a liability. Let me remind that “Customers are the reason why you’ll exist ” They believe that we are at their mercy, but that’s not the reality coz there are your competitors in market who has offered me world class services.

“If you’ll don’t take any action, I’ll mail a copy of this to a Newspaper and also Post this on Internet Blogs and also to the Consumer Forum.” Don’t take this as threat coz this is my next course of action.
