Horrible service and non receipt of free shoes even after 4 months

I had purchased an MTS Mblaze connection on 30th October in Noida from a Mr. Vishal who had put up a stall of the company outside Shipra Mall. His phone No. is 9136005076. There was an offer going on at that time that if you paid Rs. 3000, you would get a pair of free Reebok shoes with it. I availed of the offer and accordingly registered my address in Gurgaon for delivery of the shoes. I received a confirmation on my email on 8th November which stated that my shoes would be delivered soon. Since then it has been almost 4 months and on calling the company they just promise to get back to me which never happens. My MTS no. is 9136939443 and I have not received the shoes that I paid extra for despite calling the customer care everyday. they claim that it is the responsibility of the courier company. After a lot of pestering they finally gave me the tracking no of the courier which turned out to be for some other persons shoes. I am fed up with their excuses and bad service. I bought the connection because was assured that their connection works well in pune which turned out to be a lie. Also, their hardware turned out to be faulty and came apart while connected to the computer, after just a month. I paid the above mentioned Mr. Vishal Rs. 1000 for the repair work even though it was not my fault for which he has still not given me a bill.
