I had taken MTS wireless broadband connection (USB) 1.5 months before (at my residence). initially it worked but now there is often network problem and does even get connected.
I had purchased UNLIMITTED plan (paid Rs 2600.00 Rs 999.00 charges and 1600.00 modem charges).
Tried reaching concern person from last 24 hrs but no one is responding to calls or to SMS. (Contact details 9145643939 and 9145311454)
Please let me know path forward how to clear this matter.
