I had called MTS Customer care in dec to canx my postpaid MTS Broadband as i was not happy with the speed and with the service. I was promised speed of 3.1 mbps but i was getting a speed of only 300 kbps... but till today the a/c has not been canx and they expect me to pay to them for not using the service at all... i told them so many times that i have cancelled the connection and no arrears on a/c but they still keep calling me...
