Dear sir/s, 3 months back someone from airtel called up & said i would be getting pcsecure for free for my broadband connection.it was installed but the same was added to my bill.when i complained at that time it was waivered but it was added to my bill the next month also.if pcsecure was to be charged to my account... why was i told it was free. & why does that charge get added to my bill every month..if u cannot provide pcsecure for free, please cancel that from my broadband number..also please see that it is not charged in my future bills..kindly do the needful
