Recharge not getting activated

I bought MTS data card on 13th June & I got 7 days free with it. Now I recharged it online for Rs. 598 & received a 16 digit activation code. But the code does not work & my recharge does not go through.

I call their customer service every day but there is no resolution. They keep telling me to try tomorrow but their tomorrow never comes!!

I just called the magain & they have given me a complain number. But I have no faith in this company anymore.

If my issue does not get resolved by 16th April (like what they have promised), I will surely take this company to consumer court.
