On february 16thi have done recharge for Rs.200 on above mentioned MTS PIN. I have hardly accessed 1 hrs of internet service. I have lodged the complaint in customer care. They are telling i have downlaode 8MB on 16th of FEb & 99MB on 17th of February. If i asked them the download details which i have done. During register of complaint i have been told that problem will be resolved within 24hrs. I want to know the download details. Plesae do the needful.
