I had an Airtel Broadband Fixed Line connection No.4081033 at my residence 1215/3, Gali No.4, Rajiv Nagar, Mata Road, Gurgaon, Haryana. Due to felt overcharging, two months back I had requested Airtel Executives for disconnection of the said Internet service. The services were never discontinued and the amount of bill became very hefty around Rs.1800/- including 2 months' rental charges etc. On 26/2, Mr. Arvind from Airtel asked me on phone that the payable amount has been reduced to Rs.800/-. You pay this amount and the Broadband service will be retained to you within hours. He also gave an assurance to me regarding sending an Airtel Engineer for refixing the wires etc. and reopening the service at my house. Over this, same day, I paid Rs.800/- in cash to the Airtel man sent at my house against a proper receipt. I handed over a written request to the Airtel person regarding changing my plan with Rs.449/-. But since than no one has visited my residence for doing necessary reconnection and starting my internet service. Please look into the matter and make needful intervention for my above requested services.
