I HAVE A INTERNET DATA CARD OF MTS.I AM USING THAT FROM NOVEMBER.BUT FROM THAT TIME I AM FIACING NETWORK AND CONNECTIVITY ISSUE.FROM JANUARY I AM LOGGING MANY COMPLAINTS TO CUSTOMER CARE.LOTS OF CALL MADE BY MY MOBILE (NOT HAVE MTS MOBILE). EVERY TIME CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES STAND ME ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME.
AFTER THAT HE TOLD ME SOMEBODY (MTS ENGINEER) WILL VISIT AT MY HOME AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.BUT I STILL WAITING FOR THAT PERSON NOBODY RESPONDING.
I WANT TO TAKE SOME ACTION.I WANT TO CMPLAINT IN COURT.KINDLY SUGGEST ME
