MTS MBLAZE is said to be high speed connection but the speed of the connection varies. I had got high speed connection only for the first few days after purchasing. The speed at that point was around 1600-2200 kbps. Now i get the max speed of 240 kbps.
I lodged a complaint against them in their call center and they told this will be resolved in two days, but it has been 7 days.
The call center is also cutting the call now when we try to complain.
