Very weak signal strength and poor customer care response

I had taken an MTS connection from Chennai in September. The speed and performance of the connection was good. Recently i shifted to Kakkanad in Kochin, Kerala. The speed has depriciated to a great extent that at times I cannot connect to internet. For addressing this problem I communicated with the Kerala customer care and thereby a customer care executive (taking care of Kakkanad area) was sent to my house. He had very minimal knowledge about the connection and was not even aware of the basic settings (Broadband/Hybrid). The way he behaved is also worth mentioning, it was very rude and harsh. He concluded by saying: "There is no possibilty of getting any signal. You can better change this connection!!! ". He did not mention any possibility of increasing the signal strength. Please do send people who cares for customers not the one who hates.

I would like to know if the signal strength can be increased so that i can enjoy the MTS net facilities. If that is not possible i can go ahead with other options. Kindly let me know.
