Hi,

My name is Amit Kulwal and my mts broadband number is 9146339364. I made a online recharge of Rs. 999 through rechargenow.com on 11th Feb around 1:30 pm, but after punching my card details and secure id, the page failed and did not received any confirmation page of recharge. Again after 5 mins, I recharge with other card and same thing happened. Around 1: 53 pm, I received 2 sms messages from the bank about recharge success.

I contacted the customer care regarding reverting one of the transaction and complain was registered: C11/21063505. Today I got the feedback saying its cannot be reverted and the executive Laxman says it is my fault that I recharged it twice.

I request them to either revert one transaction or adjust the amount with next month validity, as my Internet usage does not go to that extent. But they said my fault that i recharges twice and they cannot do anything in this.
